1/2 cup Bethany’s Pantry Cocoa Digestive Support Protein

1/2 cup red cacao powder

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup water
Optional Protein Frosting

Red cacao powder

Sweetener of choice (optional, e.g. raw Manuka honey)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the Bethany’s Pantry DSP, red cacao powder and Greek yogurt and stir well.
The mixture will be crumbly at first — add 1/2 cup of water and mix until a thick brownie batter forms.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until set in the center.
Allow the brownies to cool completely, then refrigerate overnight. This step is important to help the brownies firm up to the perfect texture.
Optional Frosting
Mix desired amounts of Greek yogurt and red cacao powder until a thick frosting forms.
Spread over the brownies before serving.
