Ingredients

2 cups Bethany’s Pantry Vanilla Digestive Support Protein

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup raw cashew butter

1 cup water

Mini chocolate chips, to taste
Optional

Sweetener of choice (optional — recipe is sweet enough for most)
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the Bethany’s Pantry Digestive Support Protein, Greek yogurt, and cashew butter together until a crumbly texture forms.
Stir in the mini chocolate chips, add the water and mix again until a thick cookie dough consistency forms.
If the dough is too dry, add a little more water; if it’s too wet, add a bit more DSP.
Shape the dough into a log and wrap it tightly in parchment paper.
Place in the refrigerator or freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up before slicing.
Slice into pieces and enjoy!
