Ingredients
Truffles
-
1/2 cup Bethany’s Pantry Digestive Support Protein (Flavor of choice)
-
1/4 cup black cocoa powder
-
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
-
1/2 cup water
-
1–2 teaspoons coconut sugar (optional, for added sweetness)
Coating
-
Raw coconut butter
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the Bethany’s Pantry Digestive Support Protein (DSP) and black cocoa powder.
Add the Greek yogurt and water. Stir until a thick batter forms.
Scoop out portions of the batter and roll into balls.
Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for about 10–15 minutes to firm up.
While the truffles are freezing, melt the coconut butter in a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave until smooth.
Remove the truffles from the freezer and dip each truffle into the melted coconut butter, coating it completely.
Refrigerate the truffles until the coconut butter coating has hardened and enjoy.
Recipe Note
Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
